OUR STORY BEGINS IN ATLANTa
Founded in 2024 in memory of Hugh Thomas Douglas, Maintain Composure was created to carry forward a message of resilience, care, and community responsibility.
At our core, we believe mental health should never be treated as a privilege. Through education, advocacy, and community-centered programming, we work to reduce stigma and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Our mission is to bridge the gap in mental health access and eliminate disparities faced by marginalized communities. We achieve this by forging strong partnerships with local businesses, health professionals, and community organizations that share our commitment to equity and inclusion.
Through these collaborations, we work to break down systemic barriers, provide essential resources, and create safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
